Emma has been with us for a couple of years now and has been an integral part of the Youth Academy classes. Recently Emma as well as taking part each week, stepped into our Youth Academy leader role and helps teach and motivate our younger Youth Academy members until the supervision of the Burn It team.
my name is Emma Paterson and I’m one of the Youth Academy leaders at Burn It Fitness. I’ve been going to Burn It for around two years now and have absolutely loved every second of it. The benefits are unreal, it’s great to get outside, away from screens and just to take your mind off things in general.
When the pandemic hit, classes had to come to a stop and motivation along with mental health dropped dramatically. As soon as the rules were easing, and we were allowed to do things outside with other people, Burn It started back up again and it was great to get back up and running!
The Burn It team are so helpful with everything and always have the right answer to any question asked whether it’s about technique, advice or anything in general! Burn It has really helped me with self-confidence, making new friends, increasing my fitness and fitness knowledge and understanding.
I recommend Burn It to everyone and anyone who asks, it makes my week seeing everyone smiling and having a good time outside on a Tuesday night or Saturday morning. Burn It Fitness has really helped me physically as well as mentally because the whole team are so supportive with everything!
