The sessions are not easy and I have seen my fitness level improve week on week. I’m not a long distance runner, but the variation of running and HIIT workouts result in an overall body workout and improvement in fitness.
For as long as I can remember I’ve been a member at a gym, and wasted a lot of money over the years as I got bored and stopped going.
A year ago I started a PT session with a friend in Glasgow to seriously loose weight. Although I lost 10 lbs I knew weight training was not for me long term and travelling to Glasgow twice a week not sustainable.
I found Burn It Fitness on my doorstep and joined about 5 months ago. I go at least 3-4 times a week, its outdoor, sociable, each class is different and the motivation from the instructors is fantastic. There are people of all ages, different fitness levels but we all encourage one another. The sessions are not easy and I have seen my fitness level improve week on week. I’m not a long distance runner, but the variation of running and HIIT workouts result in an overall body workout and improvement in fitness.
I would recommend Burn It to anyone that wants to improve their fitness, lose or maintain weight as its fun, sociable, outdoors and just a magic way to enjoy exercising. I hate missing a session now, as it’s become a way of life!
